BARNEY ALDRIDGE - MANAGING PARTNER
Aldridge Development’s founder and President Barney Aldridge has been a successful entrepreneur in real estate for almost twenty-five years. Starting in 1992, Mr. Aldridge bought, developed, renovated, and sold multiple homes, duplexes, office buildings and apartment communities throughout California and Colorado. In parallel to his development endeavors, Mr. Aldridge founded the successful mortgage company, Benchmark Lending, Inc., in 1995 and sold it in 2008.
With more than eight major real estate projects completed, Aldridge has consistently shown a commitment to community building and financial return. He maintains strong relationships within the development industry in Northern California and beyond.
Aldridge Development continues to grow and the success of his most recent development, The Barlow in Sonoma County, has accelerated the vision he holds for creating quality real estate for the communities they serve.
HETHER HOLTER - PARTNER
Hether leads Aldridge Development's comprehensive accounting and finance efforts. She has more than 17 years of experience serving as a consultant to a number of complex businesses and has a decade of experience working alongside Mr. Aldridge handling the full range of financial matters for his various companies. Hether is a graduate of University of California, San Diego.
ELLA BERGER - DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Ella serves as Director of Development at Aldridge, where she has worked for three years. She leads tenant curation, operational strategy, community and stakeholder outreach, pre-development coordination, entitlements, leasing support, and project execution—ensuring thoughtful, high-impact mixed-use developments centered on retail, food & beverage, and emerging hospitality opportunities.
Ella recently graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Urban Studies and a minor in Food Systems. As a Division I rower for the Cal Bears, she earned Pac-12 and ACC All-Academic/Athletic honors, reflecting her commitment to excellence in both athletics and academics.
With her background in urban planning, sustainable food systems, and hands-on real estate development, Ella brings a detail-oriented, community-focused approach to creating vibrant spaces that foster connection and enduring value.
JENNIFER ADAMETZ - PROPERTY MANAGER, THE BARLOW
Jen has been an integral part of The Barlow team in Sebastopol since December 2019, serving as the on-site Property Manager. She oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates Barlow events, manages leasing activities, and handles maintenance to ensure the smooth functioning of this vibrant 12.5-acre mixed-use destination. With prior property management experience—including 10 years at Republic Services—Jennifer excels in tenant relationships, operational coordination, and fostering a collaborative environment for businesses, visitors, and community events. Her hands-on leadership was recognized when she was named a North Bay Business Journal Forty Under 40 winner in 2021.help me write a breif profile on Jennifer Adametz. CASSIDY JOHNSTON - EVENTS & SALES MANAGER, THE BARLOW
Cassidy serves as the Events and Sales Manager at The Barlow in Sebastopol, overseeing full-cycle event production, sales strategies, and client relationships to drive bookings and revenue. With a decade of experience in event management, marketing, and hotel operations—including her recent role as General Manager at Inn on the Russian River—she excels in stakeholder coordination, integrated campaigns, and creating seamless guest experiences. A Portland State University graduate in Advertising Management and Communications, Cassidy brings skills in CRM systems, budgeting, and creative problem-solving to support The Barlow's growth.
