BARNEY ALDRIDGE - MANAGING PARTNER

Aldridge Development’s founder and President Barney Aldridge has been a successful entrepreneur in real estate for almost twenty-five years. Starting in 1992, Mr. Aldridge bought, developed, renovated, and sold multiple homes, duplexes, office buildings and apartment communities throughout California and Colorado.  In parallel to his development endeavors, Mr. Aldridge founded the successful mortgage company, Benchmark Lending, Inc., in 1995 and sold it in 2008.

With more than eight major real estate projects completed, Aldridge has consistently shown a commitment to community building and financial return.  He maintains strong relationships within the development industry in Northern California and beyond.

Aldridge Development continues to grow and the success of his most recent development, The Barlow in Sonoma County, has accelerated the vision he holds for creating quality real estate for the communities they serve.

HETHER HOLTER -  PARTNER

Hether leads Aldridge Development's comprehensive accounting and finance efforts.  She has more than 17 years of experience serving as a consultant to a number of complex businesses and has a decade of experience working alongside Mr. Aldridge handling the full range of financial matters for his various companies.  Hether is a graduate of University of California, San Diego. 

JUSTIN ALLAMANO - PARTNER AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Justin has a broad background in real estate, law and investing with specific focus on building businesses.  For more than five years, Justin has been on the Aldridge Development team and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer where he leads sourcing, underwriting and entitlements of new developments as well as asset management of the group's properties. Justin started his career as a law firm associate focused on real estate litigation and worked in venture capital investment management.   Justin graduated early from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Political Science and received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis where he was awarded Order of the Coif as a top 10% graduate in his class.  Justin lives in Marin County and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

JARED ROGERS - CULINARY DIRECTOR

Jared serves as the Culinary Director for Aldridge Development. After honing is culinary skills working alongside Chef Richard Perry at Chateau Morrissette in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, he relocated to the Bay Area and worked under the tutelage of Chef Bruce Hill at Bix. Later, he ascended to the prestigious role of Executive Chef at Picco restaurant, garnering accolades such as a coveted 3-star rating from the Chronicle, recognition as a Zagat rising star, and inclusion in the esteemed 30 under 30 list.

In 2018, Jared embarked on a remarkable culinary adventure, opening the flagship restaurant, Guesthouse, in Kentfield. This venture was an instant success, not only achieving immediate profitability but also earning the title of "Best New Restaurant" by Marin magazine.

In January 2022, Jared continued to expand his culinary empire by launching his second restaurant, Easy Rider, in Petaluma. Remarkably, this endeavor too achieved profitability within its first month and continued to thrive thereafter. Per Sonoma Magazine, "Easy Rider is that rare gem that perfectly aligns with the moment – the right place, the right food, and the right talent."
